Recipe(tried): Tomato Soup

(not a recipe for canning)
Hi this one is easy its a 5 star hotel recipe
Make white sauce or(bechamel) but use single cream and milk. Make to soup consistancy.
Add:
1 tin chopped tomatoes
chicken stock
just a sprinkle of nutmeg
Blitz it with a food prossesor.
Add lots fresh chopped parsley before serving.
For an interesting touch add 1/2 cup of orange juice.
