Recipe(tried): Red Lobster Coconut Shrimp - Variation
Appetizers and SnacksI use Kern's Nectar Pineapple Coconut for both recipes (1 can is enough for 1 batch of each recipe). Not only is it less expensive (48 cents a can at Wal-Mart), its easier to find at just about any store. I had a hard time finding the Pina Colada drink mix in a grocery store, and also that was a suitable size to avoiding crowding the refrigerator.
