Recipe: refridgerated mincemeat

I haven't tried this one, but it says it stores in the refridgerator all winter
Mince Meat Mix
2# lean boiled meat (when cool, chop finely)
1# suet (miced to powder)
2# raisins
5# chopped apples
2# currents
1/2# chopped citron
2T mace
3T cinnamon
1T allspice
1 nutmeg, grated
1T salt
3# brown sugar
2 quarts sweet cider
Mix together, store in fridge, will keep all winter
