Recipe(tried): Reheating Tortillas

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
ADVERTISEMENT
Always re-heat tortillas from the fridge two by two. Put two, one a-top the other on the pan, then flip the two and then only the top one. Repeat: flip twoand the flip only the top one. In this manner, the vapor from the bottom one is captured by the top one, so your reheated tortillas will be soft and pliable. In any other way, particularly by warming them one by one, you'll lose the humidity and eat dry crackly tortillas.
