Recipe(tried): Roast Pheasant

Pheasant is a very excellent and delicate taste. My favorite way is to just rub it with some salt and pepper and maybe a bit of basil then roast it in a tented roasting pan until its just done. be careful not to over cook. its done when the wing just begins to get loose when you pull on it. Enjoy! Pheasant is EXCELLENT!!
