ROBIN HOOD PORK CASSEROLE
6 large, thick pork chops
1 cup applesauce
2 Tbsp onion soup mix
1 cup cranberries (or 1 can (16 oz.) whole-berry cranberry sauce)
Brown pork chops in frying pan.
Put applesauce and onion soup mix in 2 quart casserole. Add pork chops and cranberries to casserole.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
Servings: 6
