Recipe(tried): Mackenzie River Pizza House Vinaigrette Dressing (copycat recipe)

Salads - Salad Dressings
This is close to Mackenzie River Pizza Company House Vinaigrette Dressing.

1 1/2 cups Canola Oil
1 cup Pace medium picante sauce
3/4 cup cider vinegar (after tasting, I added more)
1/2 cup lite sodium Soy Sauce (or reduce salt if using regular)
3 tablespoons stone ground mustard
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon creamed horseradish
1 tablespoon good quality oregano
2 teaspoons salt

Blend it all together tweak for personal enjoyment. Refrigerate overnight.

Serve with romaine lettuce, fresh pear slices and sprinkle Grapenuts cereal on top.
