Recipe(tried): Short Rib Stew

This is my recipe for short ribs done in the oven. Have not tried it in the crock pot.

2lbs. short ribs
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix and dip short ribs in.

Brown short ribs in 2 tbsp. oil and 2 minced garlic cloves. Place meat in a roaster. Add a (28 oz.) can of tomatoes, one can Campbells mushroom soup, 4 to 5 carrots, 2 medium onions sliced, 4 to 5 potatoes cut up, 1 1/2 tsp salt, dash of pepper. Bake in the oven 1 1/2 hours at 325 to 350 degrees.
