Recipe(tried): Shrimp Victoria

I hope this is the recipe you are looking for. I have made this dish for over 25 yrs.we love it over hot rice.served with a green salad & garlic bread if desired.

1 lb. shrimp.shelled & devained( if large split)
1 stick marg.
1 med. onion chopper
1 8oz can mushrooms (stems & peices)
1 8 oz carton sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
red pepper flakes(opt)
in large skillet( I use an electric skillet) saute onion for 5 min.
add shrimp & saute with onions 5 min.add mushrooms & juice,sprinkle flour & pepper flakes over top and mix well, stirring often for 5 min. stir in sour cream and heat but do not boil. serve over hot rice.
