The flavor variations are endless, but here's a favorite:

Put in blender:
1 banana, clopped
6-8 strawberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1 sm. container (8 0z?) vanilla or raspberry yogurt
3-4 ice cubes
a touch of vanilla (optional)
Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

A healthy drink that is also very delicious is a Fruit Smoothie, courtesy
of the Fit for Life books.

1/2 cup natural fruit juice
1 cup cut fruit
1 frozen banana

Put the whole thing in the blender and let it go until the banana is
pureed. It's pure fruit but you will swear it tastes like a milkshake.
