Recipe: Soda Cracker Savory Pie

Soda Cracker Savory Pie
My mother-in-law used to make it - haven't made it myself.

Base:
1 packet soda crackers
4 tbsp. butter

Layer 1:
2 avocado pears
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste

Layer 2:
2 cups smooth white cheese (cream cheese, farmers cheese, whatever you have)
1/2 cup sour cream or thick cream
2 tbsp. parsley

Layer 3:
8 to 10 slices smoked salmon (lox) or mashed canned salmon

Line 9 inch glass dish with crushed soda crackers and butter. Top with avocado mixture, smoked salmon and then cream cheese mixture.
