Recipe: Spaghetti Sauce - can this be frozen?

Preserving - Other
I have a TON of Roma tomatoes and would like to freeze some for spaghetti sauce. I have always made to following recipe and would like to know if I can freeze it now for use in the winter.

1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup red wine (usually a merlot)
4 cups peeled tomatoes (I normally do not remove seeds)
1 tsp sugar
4 Tbsp fresh basil
2 tsp each fresh oregano and thyme
2 Tbsp fresh parsley

Saute the onion, pepper, and garlic in wine.

When soft add tomatoes and bring to a boil; add sugar. Simmer uncovered for about 1 hour.

Add herbs and cook for a few minutes more.

Can I freeze this recipe? I will use a food saver vaccum sealer. If this is not a safe recipe to freeze can someone please recommend one.
