Recipe(tried): Freezing with Friends (re: Freezer Meals)

I have been freezing meals for almost a year now. I started out by myself, cooking for 2 weeks. A friend joined me, so we just doubled up the amount. Just last month, this friend and I started a cooking co-op at our church. Now, I cook 10 of one meal and then on 'swap' day, I take in 9 meals (leave mine at home) and come home with 9 different meals. So the time it took me to prepare this one meal x 10, I now have 10 different meals. We currently have 19 moms in the co-op, divided into two groups. We just got our 2nd recipe yesterday. If you have a group of friends who would love to have the answer to the age-old question "What's for Dinner?" a cooking co-op maybe the way to go. I would love to help in anyway I can.
