Recipe(tried): Stuffed Chicken Cutlets tonite...

Hi Everyone!

I've been off line for the past week as we have been moving so I have a lot of catching up to do on the wonderful recipes that y'all have been posting. Provided I can remember where I put everything in my new kitchen I will make stuffed chicken cutlets (rolled around fresh green beans and slivered baby carrots, and quickly browned in a skillet with some sliced sweet onions and garlic), some steamed brown rice, and a nice big green salad. For dessert i have some wonderful freshly baked sugar cookies that my new neighbor brought over for me! Wasnt that so sweet!
