Mini Baked Red Potatoes

These are so good, you can't eat just one. Use as an appetizer or a side dish.

Ingredients:
20 small red potatoes
1/2 cup bacon crumbles
1 cup sour cream

Wash potatoes and bake for 30 minutes at
350 degrees, or use microwave for less
time. When done, cut in half and scoop out
center with spoon or melon baller. Mix
with sour cream and bacon, or add bacon
sprinkles on top. Restuff into potato skins.
Reheat right before serving.
