Recipe(tried): Stuffed Tuna Shells

It has been a while sence i made this so bear with me in the measurements you will have to experiment.

1 can of tuna drained mixed with dried basil, chopped green peper diced onion and just enough mayo to mix everything. Stuff the tuna mixture in the cooked shells and put aside.

Chop up about 3 tomatos and mix with basil, diced onion, a little olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Sprinkle the tomato mixture on top of the stuffed shells and refigerate.
