Recipe: Sue's Spaghetti Sauce (Cremettes) for Charlotte

Sue's Spaghetti Sauce

1 (2 lb.) ground beef or turkey
1 large onion chopped
1 to 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes
1 to 2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) tomato sauce
Chili powder
garlic powder/ or chopped
Italian seasoning
ground red pepper
oregano
salt and pepper
small can sliced mushrooms drained

Brown and crumble ground beef and onion. Drain and place in crockpot; add seasonings/spices to taste. Cook on low all day (about 8 to 10 hours). Add mushrooms about 30 minutes before serving. Cook spaghetti as package directs; drain and serve.
