My mother used to make cranberries like this only she would roll clean cranberries in egg whites* and then toss them in a white sugar and cinnamon mixture. She said we had to eat them right away due to the use of raw egg whites. But Boy Howdy- were they ever good!!
Best Dishes!
Editor's note:
*Rolling the cranberries in pastuerized egg white or white corn syrup would also work for this. With egg white they should be refrigerated for storage.
