WILLOUGHBY HOUSE SCALLOPED APPLES

In a greased casserole dish spread a thick layer of canned apples.

On top sprinkle a generous layer of cinnamon and sugar.

Cover with crumbs from leftover biscuits or cornbread.

On top of all, pour melted butter.

Bake uncovered in a 450 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
