Recipe: Sweet Orange-Glazed Chicken Wings (using chili sauce and orange marmalade)

12 chicken wings (about 2 lb.), tips removed, wings cut in half, and skin removed if desired
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Place chicken wings in resealable food storage plastic bag. Add all remaining ingredients; seal bag. Turn bag to coat wings. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours to marinate, turning bag occasionally.
WHEN READY TO COOK:
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Drain chicken wings; reserve marinade (pour reserved marinade in a small saucepan and boil for a few minutes). Place chicken on broiler pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink next to bone, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
TO MAKE AHEAD:
Cook these chicken wings one day in advance; cover and refrigerate. Reheat the wings in a 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes, or microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes.
