Recipe(tried): Tarragon Chicken

Tarragon Chicken

1 cut up fryer
1 stick butter
3 slices fresh bread crumbs
1 cup flour
1 tab tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter. Put bread in blrnder or food pro. and make fine bread
crumbs.add flour,add tarragon and blend .On and off 2 or 3 times.
Salt and pepper the cut up chicken,dip in butter then roll in crumbs.
Do the rest of the chicken the sameway. Place in bakeing pan and bake 325
oven 40 to 45 min until done. You can use lemon pepper in place of the
tarragon. Good either way.
