Recipe(tried): Tasty Taco Soup
Soups Taco Soup:
Servings: About 8, 6 if you use BIG bowls.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 cans stewed tomatoes (mexican style adds flavor)
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can pinto beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can rotel
1 can chicken broth or water(use a vegetable can)
Directions:
Brown ground beef on stovetop. Drain grease. Season with Taco Seasoning and Ranch Dressing Mix.
In a large pot, mix all ingredients. Add one can of water (using one of the vegetable cans a a guide--more for soupier and less for drier--I use the corn can) or chicken broth if prefered.
Heat on stovetop and simmer for about 20 mins. Enjoy.
