Recipe(tried): Texas Road House Critter Batter

TEXAS ROAD HOUSE CRITTER BATTER

4 lbs flour
1/2 cup steak seasoning
1/3 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/4 cup ground black and white pepper
6 cups club soda
4 cups cold water

Mix all ingredients together bowl.

Worked at Texas Road and this is the recipe know it by heart good luck and enjoy.
