Recipe(tried): the way I freeze rhubarb

Misc.
I just wash, cut into pieces, and
freeze in gallon ziploc bags with
the number of cups marked on the bags.
I freeze according to whether for
cakes or jams.
When time to use it, if for cakes
I do let it thaw most of the way in
a strainer before using.
