Recipe(tried): Toddler chow

Misc.
What do YOU want to eat? A toddler should be able to eat almost everything that you eat, except for hard-to-chew foods or potential choking hazards. Just cook what you want for yourself, then cut into small pieces. Maybe cook veggies and pasta a little longer so that they're softer. But go easy on the hot peppers and salt. :-)

Some toddler faves:
macaroni and cheese
spaghetti, any pasta shapes
ramen
tofu
pancakes, waffles--with syrup, of course
eggs--scrambled or hard-boiled
meatballs, meatloaf
mashed potatoes with gravy
french fries with ketchup
fish fillets, sticks
veggies--boiled or steamed
muffins
chicken
sausage--bulk, or quartered lengthwise
fruit
yogurt, ice cream

Browse the baby food section of your grocery for inspiration on entrees or food combinations. That's where I got the idea to toss blueberries into homemade applesauce.

Hope this helps. Just let us know if you need more ideas.
