Recipe(tried): Tortilla Soup (like Ground Round)

As big fans of Ground Round's tortilla soup we think you NAILED this recipe on the head. We let it simmer on low and stirred it for a couple of hours and added a half cup of water or just a bit more to keep it from getting too thick while simmering, the flavors fused together perfectly. We will serve this in a crock pot on New Year's Eve! Thank you very much, I am a kitchen hero to my teenage son.
