How to fold & roll a wrap:

1. Place filling in the center of the wrap.
2. Fold in left and right sides of the wrap.
3. Fold towards the top ( from bottom to top) of the wrap.
4. Cut in a diagonal line and enjoy.

How to make a roll-up:
1. Choose one of your favorite recipes.
2. Layer all the ingred. on the tortilla. Leave 4" at one end uncovered.
3. Starting at the bottom, roll up tightly towards the top.
4. Slice roll-up into 1-1/2" slices and enjoy.

1. BLT WRAP: Crisp bacon, romaine lettuce, tomato, ginger, rice, avocado, relish, and your favorite dressing wrapped in a Sun Dried Tomato or Prmium White Tortilla.

2. CEASER SALAD WRAP: Spicy chicken with romaine lettuce, feta cheese, and a Caesar dressing. Wrap in a Garden Spinach & Vegetable or Pesto & Roasted Garlic Tortilla.

3. TUNA SALAD WRAP: Tuna, green olives, tour favorite dressing, green onions, sprouts, reomaine lettuce, chipotle slaw, and mango salad wrapped in a Garden Spinach & Vegetable or Premium White Tortilla.

4. BBQ STEAK or CHICKEN WRAP: Grill either chicken or steak with vegetables. Toss in pineapple, ginger, mango salsa, black beans and rice. Wrap in Jalapeno & Cilantro or Southwestern Chipotle chili & Peppers Tortilla.

5. THAI CHICKEN WRAP: Marinate chicken in a spicy peanut sauce and add spinach, ginger, rice, black beans, and mango salsa. Top with a lime sour cream and wrap in a Honey Wheat or Southwestern Chipotle chili & Pepper Tortilla.

6. TEXAS BBQ WRAP: Spicy BBQ chicken or steak with corn and pepper relish, black beans, chipotle slaw, garlic, mashed potatoes, splash of lime, and sour cream. Wrap in a Sun Dried Tomato or Garden Spinach & Vegetable Tortilla.

7. SUMMER BBQ WRAP: Grilled marinated chicken or steak mixed with grilled vegetables, rice, BBQ sauce. Wrap in a Southwestern Chipotle Chili & Pepper or Sun Dried Tomato Tortilla

8. SIZZLING FILLET OF BEEF WRAP: Beef, shittake mushrooms, caramelized onion, horseradish, and sour cream. Wrap in a Jalapeno & Cilantro or Southwestern Chipotle Chili & Pepper Tortilla.

9. CAJUN SNAPPER WRAP: Blackened snapper, reice, ginger, cole slaw, scallions, sour cream, red peppers, and salsa. Wrap in a Sun Dried Tomato or Honey Wheat Tortilla.

10. TRADITIONAL MEXICAN WRAP: Grill a steak or chicken with vegetables. Toss in beans, rice and sour cream. Wrap in Jalapeno & Cilantro or Southwestern Chipotle Chili & Pepper Tortilla.

11. VEGGIE MEXICAN WRAP: Sauteed vegetables, red rice, black beans, your favorite dressing, lime sour cream, and rancho cheese. Wrap in a Jalapeno & Cilantro or Honey Wheat Tortilla.

12. COCONUT SHRIMP WRAP: Shrimp. cocnut, pinapple-ginger salsa, giner, rice, green onion, black beans and your favorite dressing all wrapped in a Garden Spinach & Vegetable or Sun Dried Tomato Tortilla.

13. GRILLED VEGETABLE and GOAT CHEESE WRAP: Grilled zucchini, red bell peppers, eggplant, goat cheese, rice, and balsamic tomato salsa. Wrap in a Garden Spinach & Vegetable or Pesto & Roasted Garlic Tortilla.

14. GRILLED or STEAMED SALMON WRAP: Grill 2-3 salmon filets, add steamed sticky rice and smother with a sweet teriyaki sauce. Add sesame seeds, and wrap in a Garden Spinach & Vegetables, Honey Wheat, or Premium White Tortilla.

15. BOMBAY PLACE WRAP: Take your favorite vegetable, marinate in a curry sauce, add steamed jasmine rice, mango chutney and wrap in Honey Wheat or Garden Spinach & Vegetable Torilla.

16. ALL NATURAL GARDEN WRAP: Steam couscous, add lettuce, red & green bell pepper, add a garlic yogurt sauce, wrap-up and enjoy in a Honey Wheat or Garden Spinach & Vegetable Tortilla.

17. CHINESE WRAP: Begin with your favorite Chinese vegetables, fresh bean sprouts, spinach, bok choy, cabbage, carrots, scallions, stir fry in a wok, place over steamed rice and hosin sauce, wrap in a Honey Wheat or Honey Apple Cinnamon Tortilla.

18. SANTA FE CHICKEN WRAP: Grill chicken breast marinated in lime and herbs, add black beans, sauteed onions and cilantro. Top with tomato, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, wrap up in a Sun Dried Tomato or Southwestern Chipotle Chili & Peppers Tortilla.
