Recipe: Triple Fruit Freeze (bananas, orange juice and pineapple)

Desserts - Frozen
TRIPLE FRUIT FREEZE

4 ripe bananas
2 cups orange juice
1 cup crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 tbsp lemon juice
10 maraschino cherries, chopped up

In a large bowl mashed bananas until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour mixture into a 9x9-inch baking pan. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and place in freezer until partially frozen.

Spoon mixture into a large bowl and use a mixer to beat until smooth but still frozen then return mixture to pan. Cover and freeze until firm.

Leave out of freezer for 10 minutes before serving.
