ONE-DISH PUMPKIN STREUSEL
"With 20-minute prep time and a minimum of bowls and utensils, it's a great recipe for a hectic Thanksgiving day kitchen."

FOR THE BATTER:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 envelopes Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup butter OR margarine, melted
1/2 cup very warm milk (120 to 130 degrees F)
1 egg
3/4 cup pumpkin puree, canned (not sweetened pie filling)
FOR THE STREUSEL TOPPING:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe follows)
Mix batter ingredients in a pre-sprayed 9-1/2-inch deep dish pie plate. Set aside for 5 minutes.
