Cruz, I make these every summer. I too did not have a recipe, but came up with one. These are very good.
I just prepare evaporated milk according to directions, then add a can of sweet crema de coco, mix and put in ice cube trays until frozen. You may also add a little vanilla and cinnamon if you like.
