Soups
TROPICAL TEXAS MELON SOUP

3 cups cantaloupe, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dry sherry or orange juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
3 cups honeydew melon, coarsely chopped

Place cantaloupe, half of the sugar, half of the sherry, and half of the orange juice in a blender container or food processor bowl. Cover; blend or process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Cover; let chill at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.

TO SERVE:
In clean blender container or food processor bowl, repeat with honeydew melon and remaining sugar, sherry and orange juice. (Chill mixtures separately.)

For each serving, pour equal amounts of melon mixtures into bowls, pouring both at the same time and being careful not to combine the melon mixtures.
