Recipe(tried): Turkey Breast Recipe

Menus

Hi Debbie,

One thing I do with a turkey breast after it's defrosted is to put it into the crockpot, cover with about 2 cups of chicken broth, some minced onion, cut up carrot, cut up celery and cook it all night on low. It can cook all day if you put it in just before going to bed. Take it out in the morning if you started it after supper. It's good for sandwiches, creamed chicken, chicken soup or whatever you like.

Be sure to defrost the breast first or the liner in your slow cooker may crack!
