Recipe(tried): Two Easy and Good Punch Recipes
BeveragesTurea, Here are two punch recipes that we use at our house all of the time. I hope that you can use them and that your baby's birthday party is wonderful.
Mama's Punch
1 pkg. unsweetened Orange Kool-Aid
1 pkg. unsweetened Strawberry Kool-Aid
1 lg. can pineapple juice
2 cups sugar
Combine these ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Place these ingredients in a gallon container. Fill the container with enough water to make a gallon. Chill until cold. If one gallon isn't enough, double the recipe.
This is our favorite punch recipe. It's easy, not too sweet, and it is delicious.
Another recipe is:
Party Punch
1 half-gallon lime, orange, or raspberry sherbet
1 litre of ginger ale
Soften the sherbet in your punch bowl. When it is pretty soft, pour in some ginger ale. Mix with your hand mixer, adding the ginger ale slowly. Use all of the ginger ale, but be sure to mix slowly. This makes a wonderful, creamy punch. We've had this at Christmas parties before and the children loved it.
This punch can easily be doubled if you're expecting a large crowd.
