Recipe: Valentine Cake

Misc.
This doesn't have strawberry jello, but you can always use that flavor. Hope this is close to what you were looking for.

VALENTINE CAKE

1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small angel food cake
1/2 pint whipping cream

Break cake into small pieces and place on a buttered pan. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add ice cream (a spoonful at a time) and stir until melted and smooth. Add undrained pineapple and whipped cream. Pour over cake and chill; serve.
