Recipe(tried): Chinese Buffet Party Menu

Holidays, Celebrations
Planning a Chinese buffet and trying the recipes was a lot of fun. The food all turned out pretty well, so that was good. But I definitely don't recommend it for a graduation party - that part was a mistake. I thought I could do enough ahead of time that I could throw everything together quickly when we came home from graduation, but it took a lot longer than I anticipated. Here's the menu:

APPETIZERS:
Crab Rangoon Dip with Wonton Dippers
Kung Pao Crunch Popcorn
Sweet and Sour Meatballs

BUFFET:
Shrimp Fried Rice
Chicken Lo Mein
Beef and Broccoli
Henry Kissinger's Peking Walnut Chicken
Szechuan Green Beans
Steamed rice
