Recipe: Chuy's Jalapeno Lime Sauce (using ranch dressing, blender)

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
JALAPENO LIME SAUCE

3 cups ranch dressing
1/2 tomato, diced (preferably Roma)
1/4 cup roasted green chilies
1/4 cup sliced jalapenos (from a jar)
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice

Pulse all ingredients in a blender (in batches) until smooth.

Chill and use as needed.

Makes about 4 cups
