Vanessa's Hand Salad


2 heads lettuce
1 can artichoke hearts
4 Roma tomatoes
1 bottle pickled cauliflower
1 cup sliced radish
12 Italian pickled peppers
1 can pitted black olives
seasoning
1 jar pimiento-stuffed olives
1/3 cup Italian dressing


Wash vegetables in cold water and drain. Break lettuce into bite-size pieces. Drain and discard juice of jar ingredients. Place all ingredients in large salad bowl and season withseasoning. Add dressing and toss well. Yields 12 servings.
