I made this for a brunch this morning and everyone asked for the recipe. I make it often over the xmas season.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yummy Hot Fruit
1 jar of applesauce (about 24 ounces)
1 large can of pineapple tidbits or chunks-- 20 oz.
1 large can of sliced peaches, sliced--29 oz.
1 large can of pears, sliced-- 29 oz.
1 large can of mandarin oranges
l can of cherry pie filling
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Drain all fruits. In a large pan mix together all of the ingredients. You can use a 9 x 13 or a casserole. Bake in a 350 oven, uncovered for 1 hour.
Serve warm.

I have also made this using 1 tsp of curry powder instead of the cinnamon.
