ISO: alvocado eggrolls from the cheesecake factory

I had the most fabulous alvocado eggrolls at the cheesecake factory. The dipping sauce was an asian sauce taht I could eat by itself! I am not a great cook but can follow a recipe and wondered if any one has tried to copy ore create a receipe (alvocado filling, light pastry and sauce)?
