Found 9 recipes for Amish bread starter -- I think 4 were the basic sugar-milk-
flour type and the other (Amish friendship bread starter) had yeast in it. Do
you know what kind you had? Also, sounds like you have the cinnamon bread
recipe already; is that right? Found one recipe for cinnamon bread made with
Herman starter.
