ISO: angel food sponge cake

Misc.
I lost my grandmother's recipe for angel food sponge cake. It called for 7-11 eggs (seperated) and you had to cook the sugar until it spun a thread. This cake was absolutely divine. She used a light glaze icing made from instant coffee, xxxx sugar and almond extract. I'm hoping someone out there may have this recipe.
