just returned from fantastic holiday in florida had this wonderful dish in a restaurant as a starter a large onion cut like a flower and i think baked but not sure neaver seen one in UK i woud be very grateful if any one has the recipe loved the USA cant wait to return thanks to every one we met for making us so welcome
