ISO: Banana Peppers packed in oil

My husband plated banana pepper plants in his garden. I
asked him to do it because of the recipe I had. Now the
plants are full of banana peppers and I can't find the
recipe. Please help!! I would like a recipe for the peppers in oil, if not a pickled recipe would be wonderful. Is there anyone who might be able to help me? He wants to harvest them this weekend! Thanks...
