Recipe: Amaretto Freeze (using ice cream, blender)

AMARETTO FREEZE

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3/4 ounce amaretto
1 maraschino cherry, to garnish

In a blender, combine ice cream and Amaretto. Blend until smooth.

Serve in a cocktail glass, topped with maraschino cherry.

Makes 1 serving
