ISO: Barefoot Contessa's Recipe for Real Hamburgers

Does anyone have the recipe for "Real Hamburgers" by the Barefoot Contessa? She put a pat of butter in the middle of the burger then grills it-I have a few of her cookbooks, but wouldnt you know, that recipe isnt in any of them~~
