ISO: Birthday Buffet

I am planning my hubby's 54 th birthday party. I am wanting an evening buffet, there will be several people to attend.The weather is still nice here so it will be inside and outdoors. I need buffet recipes ( hot as well as cold ) also deserts and drinks and decorating ideas. I know i am asking alot but I have read the posting so I know I am in good hands.Thanks Paula
