MACHINE SHED BACON BUTTER AND PARSLEY POTATOES
2 1/2 lb. baked potatoes, cut in half
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 lb. margarine, melted
4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or (2 T. dry)
Wash potatoes, and half cover with water; cook until tender; drain.
Saute onions and bacon until bacon is cooked.
Add garlic salt, salt and pepper. Add potatoes to bacon and onions; add margarine and mix. Add parsley.
Serves 6 to 8
