ISO: bread pudding like cracker barrel

ISO recipe for bread pudding like Cracker Barrel, they have discontinued it for some reason the closest info I could get was made from leftover biscuits, I know it had coconut and raisins in it,,,was delicious, hope someone has it ,,,,,thanks
