NANCY'S MEATBALLS
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
FOR THE SAUCE:
2 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Combine evaporated milk with Worcestershire sauce. Add meat and onion soup mix; mix well. Shape into small balls. Place on broiler pan.
Place pan 4-inches from broiler. Broil 10 to 12 minutes, without turning.
MEANWHILE, TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
In saucepan combine all ingredients for the sauce. Stir constantly about 10 minutes or until hot and well blended. Pour over meatballs.
Makes about 3 dozen meatballs
