ISO: Buca di Beppo warm tomato and spinach salad with balsamic dressing

Recently ate dinner at a Buca di Beppo in Lombard, IL. The balsamic dressing on the warm tomato and spinach salad was the key ingredient to the fabulous taste! Does anyone know what dressing they use, or have the recipe? Thanks!
